Our Zumba Fitness classes have you traveling around the globe as we dance our way into shape. From the lively music of South America with Zumba Fitness®, to the majestic drum rhythms of the Pacific Islands with Hot Hula® Fitness to the earthy Turkish moves with Belly Funk Fitness™ our classes will have you “Shake, Shimmy and Sweat” as you dance to the beat and lose yourself in the rhythm.
Zumba® Fitness is a spicy, hot, hip swiveling workout where Latin and International music are combined with dance-fitness moves. It is fun fitness! The dance routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba® utilizes the principles of interval training to maximize caloric output and fat burning.
Step Aerobics & Kickboxing
These classes are designed to strengthen your heart and controls the oxygen flow to your lungs and muscles. Cardio workouts energize you, help control weight and aid in healthy living.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. This class last 30 minutes. It’s short but intense.
Strength training improves the tone and definition of your body. Muscular endurance plays a crucial role in how well our bodies meet a variety of demands and resists injury. Our classes use many repetitions with low resistance to sculpt the entire body.
Move to Latin and International rhythms as you take your Zumba class to the next level! Blend body-sculpting techniques with the basic moves of Zumba to create a calorie-burning, muscle endurance class. Participants use light hand weights to build muscular endurance. We provide light hand weights or you may bring your own 1 to 3 lb hand weights.
Sculpt & Stretch
Sunrise Stretch & Stretch. Each class is designed to build strength and gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability. Floor mats are provided at the studio or you may bring your own.
