Enrolling as a Shake It! Fitness Member is quick and easy
1. Complete the monthly membership agreement before or after class. Monthly Membership Agreement.
2. Monthly memberships are $39 a month. Memberships require an administrative fee of $10. This fee increases to $25 on January 7, 2013.
3. Choose your method of payment:
payment automatically charged to your credit card each month
– OR –
payment automatically deducted from your checking account each month
4. If you choose debit from checking account, bring a voided blank check to be submitted with your membership agreement.
- Unlimited “All You Can Dance”! You can attend as many regularly scheduled fitness classes as you like with no limits. If you attend at least 4 times in a month, then the monthly membership is the best value.
- Discounts on special events and wellness workshops
- Advance notice of special events
- Memberships require an auto pay with credit card or monthly bank account.
- A 15 day written notice is required to cancel memberships.
- Monthly membership may not be transferred to another individual.
- Failure to not attend classes does not relieve you of your obligation and does not entitle you to a refund.
- Failure for Shake It Fitness LLC to perform services due to reasons beyond its control, such as, but not limited to, inclement weather or inability to access building, or closure due to major holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, does not entitle you to a refund for part of monthly membership or extend the membership period.
