My Top Six Healthy Snacks

 

 

 

 

 

Here is a list of the top six things I always keep on hand:

  • Nuts (almonds and walnuts are great choices)

  • Fruit (oranges, grapefruits, bananas, apples, pears, strawberries)

  • Veggies (raw carrots, celery, broccoli, red peppers)

  • Hard-boiled Eggs

  • Yogurt

  • Cheese
