Kayla is immersing herself in the world of TikTok for the first time, and is celebrating by offering six days of free workouts on the video-based platform. Her #fitnessgoals challenge started on January 8th, but there’s still plenty of time to jump on board and start from day one, if you’ve got workout FOMO.
TikTok has become the newest and hottest place for fitness and wellness influencers, and experts, to share their health content – and we certainly don’t mind having another place to find our New Year fitness inspirations! Especially when it includes the likes of Jane Fonda.
Each day’s workout will target a different area of your body, so you’re guaranteed to get a full body burn by the end of the six days. Plus, they’re all equipment-free, so all you’ll need is a towel to mop up that sweat, a a water bottle and your phone to tune in on.
